Use & Care:
– Before use, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughtly.

– Use nylon, wooden or rubber utensils as metal utensils may damage the surface.
– Do not use in oven temperatures in excess of 240c/475f
– Not suitable for use over direct heat or under grills.
– Always use an oven glove when removing form the oven.
– Never use abrasives.
